Advertising Terms and Conditions
- Poldens Today reserves the right to make the final decision on any advert submitted for publication.
- Current advertising rates on the Poldens Today website are:
3 Months: £36
6 Months: £60
12 Months: £100
Local organisations and charities will be charged at 50% of the above rates and a single month’s advertising will be available to them for £7.50
- Full payment must be made before an advert is published. Adverts will remain online only for the period purchased. Renewal reminders will be sent one month before the advertising period ends.
- The advertiser confirms that:
(a) The advertisement is legal, decent, honest, truthful, and complies with current laws and regulations;
(b) The advertisement does not contain defamatory or false statements;
(c) Publishing the advertisement will not breach copyright or any other third-party rights;
(d) The advertiser has obtained all necessary permissions and consents for the use of any images, representations, or quotations relating to living persons; and
(e) Where relevant, the advertiser has completed all necessary Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks connected to the advertised activity.
- The advertiser agrees to indemnify Poldens Today against any costs, damages, claims, or expenses arising from the publication of the advertisement, including any breach of the warranties listed above.
- Poldens Today Group’s total liability for any error, misprint, or omission in an advertisement will not exceed either:
a full refund of the amount paid for the advert; or
the cost of publishing a corrected advert of a similar type and standard.
