Virtuoso and award-winning harp guitarist Jon Pickard will be making a welcome return to Cossington Village Hall!
Jon last performed here in 2024, and this time he will be featuring two different types of this remarkable instrument, each with its own distinctive sound. Recognised as one of the world’s leading harp guitar players, Jon’s concert will cover a wide range of musical genres and feature tracks from his acclaimed latest album, “Ancient Future”.

So, what exactly is a harp guitar? 🤔
It is essentially a guitar with added deep, unfretted harp strings known as “sub-basses”, along with high harp strings called “super trebles”. There is no standard design for a harp guitar, making every instrument wonderfully unique and adding to its mystique and magic. ✨
